Is it possible for a Boeing 777 to fly at 731 mph?

  Hi Captain,

Last week Flight Radar showed a British Airways Boeing 777-333 from Houston-London doing 731 mph over Ireland,

1. Is that possible?

2. Are there speed restrictions over land and is it different than flying over the Atlantic?

3. Where does the jet stream roughly ends, east - west USA - Europe?.
